"I think the cost of taking a day out of training, as well as the hard dollar expense, was well worth the benefit the analysts and associates, as well as the Bank, gained from this experience.  You were able to accomplish in a day, what would have taken us all summer to accomplish, if we were able to accomplish this level of team building at all. We have had similar events at different venues in years past and didn't achieve these results.  We will definitely be back next summer and much earlier in the program.  We can't wait.
