Our Team Building program removes you from the city with less then a 30 minute trip from Charlotte. The private lodge overlooks our fire circle and lake front while serving as your meeting place to rest and talk between events.

Our programs are ideal for Individual  groups ,Corporate Outings, Schools and sports teams.
Your time with us can include our low ropes course, high ropes course, climbing wall, fire circle, fishing, Our Trek Bikes and course, canoeing and full use of Lodge and enclosed meeting space. We are facilitated by trained staff members at all times.

Deposit Policy for schools and larger events

Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total cost in order to reserve your desired time and schedule the necessary staff.  The following are our policies regarding your deposit:

  • Deposits can be paid by cash, check or credit card and are required at the time of the reservation.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your event and your deposit will be held for one year good for a re-scheduled event.
  • You are responsible to provide us with a final participant count at least two weeks prior to your event.
  • If your group arrives with fewer people than your final count, you will be charged for the reserved number of people.
  • If your group arrives with more people than your final count, you will be charged for the total number of participants.
  • If your group schedules an event with less than one week advance notice, you will be charged for the reserved number plus any extra you bring.
