| The Commando Cross is a high ropes course element that mocks a military shuffle. There is a foot rope and hand rope four feet higher. The participant will move across whichever way they feel most effective. When moving the wires will flex and shake with every step and the participant will have to learn how to steady themselves. While taking part in this element the participants will learn how to set goals and accomplish them as well as over coming fear or reservation. |
